Brac is the largest island in Dalmatia and can be easily reached from Split city by a 50 minute ferry ride. There is a good public bus service around Brac island. Most of the villages are located on the northern side of Brac island. The coastline of Brac boasts lush pine woods and pebble beaches spread around numerous bays and coves. While coastal villages are tourist-oriented, inland settlements offer more traditional environment.
Many of apartments, houses and villas for sale on Brac island are located in the villages of Supetar, Sutivan, Splitska and Postira. Popular second home destinations of Milna and Bol are the only ones not located on the northern coast – the former because of marina and the latter for amazing world-known beach.
