Split

Split is the second largest city in Croatia and its largest coastal town. Split is a cultural and economic center of Dalmatia and its transport hub. Because of many concerts, festivals, museums, restaurants, shops and exciting night life, Split has something to offer for every type of tourist. Attractive downtown apartments are hard to find under 300.000 EUR and newly built units in new parts of the city from the south side are all sold off-plan. As an alternative to real estate in Split, some property buyers are turning their attention towards cheaper real estate towards suburban areas of Kastela and Podstrana.
