How to list your property

Most sellers send us a brief email to start with, stating the type of the property, location and short description, asking price and possibly some images. If the property suits our criteria, we will shortly get back to you and arrange the details regarding the documentation required, our brokerage agreement and the date when our agent will visit the property.

Sellers are kindly asked to prepare the documentation required to list their property for sale with us. This particularly refers to the copy of the title deed, cadastral map and usage permit (or equivalent which proves legality of the property), all of which we usually need upfront in order to prepare our brokerage agreement. Any additional information such as floor plan or energy efficiency certificate is welcome and may be presented to our agent while visiting the property.

When we complete the documentation, make images, description and have our brokerage agreement signed, we will publish the property on our website and throughout the network of international property portals and associates. Should we come across prospective buyers, we will facilitate the viewings, participate in negotiations and guide you in the sales process until the (pre)contract is signed and transaction completed.
