Sell a property in Croatia with us

We are Croatian real estate agency with professional management, extensive online presence on international property portals and associated network of partners throughout Europe. This makes us highly competent to achieve exposure needed to draw attention of prospective buyers when it comes to property sales in Croatia.

As Croatian property market may be somewhat slower than established markets in Western Europe, choosing reliable agent is surely advised to all sellers looking to maximize sales prospects. With our experience, proven track record in property sales, professional service and efforts put in our business, you will get a better service than with most of our competitors.

Right Property Croatia takes a role of property investment advisor, stepping away from traditional real estate agency. Recommendations and word of mouth make a significant contribution to our success. That is why we provide information and assistance related to property sales, helping vendors to make the right decisions when selling their property in Croatia.

Our typical brokerage agreements are non-exclusive, giving sellers more flexibility. With this type of agreement you will be bound to our Terms and conditions only if you sell to a buyer introduced by our agency. We firmly believe in fair-play business relations and will gladly advise on all options available to the property vendors in Croatia.

How to list your property

Most sellers send us a brief email to start with, stating the type of the property, location and short description, asking price and possibly some images. If the property suits our criteria, we will shortly get back to you and arrange the details regarding the documentation required, our brokerage agreement and the date when our agent will visit the property.

Sellers are kindly asked to prepare the documentation required to list their property for sale with us. This particularly refers to the copy of the title deed, cadastral map and usage permit (or equivalent which proves legality of the property), all of which we usually need upfront in order to prepare our brokerage agreement. Any additional information such as floor plan or energy efficiency certificate is welcome and may be presented to our agent while visiting the property.

When we complete the documentation, make images, description and have our brokerage agreement signed, we will publish the property on our website and throughout the network of international property portals and associates. Should we come across prospective buyers, we will facilitate the viewings, participate in negotiations and guide you in the sales process until the (pre)contract is signed and transaction completed.

If you have a property in Croatia that you would like to sell, do not hesitate to get in touch and enquire about our services.
